In person certifications occur in North America, South America, and Europe. They are two and a half days: a 2 hour Zoom session on theory followed by two full days (9am to 5pm) of in-person, on skates training and testing.

The Level 2 Certification is for inline and quad skaters that have already earned their Level 1 certification and have been teaching for at least a year. This program brings you into a true leadership role as you’ll develop the skills to teach at a higher level with specific training to help you teach large groups, students of varying skating abilities, kids, those with special needs, and across a wider variety of learning styles.

    • Intermediate Stride

    • Check Stop (Formerly known as a T-stop)

    • Slalom (two footed ‘ski’ type, forwards, feet parallel)

    • Cross-overs (forward in a circle) both directions

    • Transitions (Stepping from forwards to backwards and backwards to forwards, both directions)

    FOUR OF:

    • Backwards crossovers

    • Spin (two footed)

    • One foot slalom

    • Hockey stop

    • 180 jump (two footed)

    • Forever Crossovers

    • Inline or quad skates - no brakes required

    • Helmet

    • Wrist guards (knee pads and elbow pads optional)
