This is for instructors that specifically need a Certificate of Insurance for a event/location. If you need basic coverage under the SkateIA group policy, it is ALREADY included in your membership. If you need to renew your membership, please do so here.
Following payment, you will receive an email in about 7 business days containing your Certificate of Insurance (COI). To request additional certificates, email members@skateia.org. Those can take at minimum a week to be completed by the insurance company.
