This is for instructors that specifically need a Certificate of Insurance for a event/location. If you need basic coverage under the SkateIA group policy, it is ALREADY included in your membership.
You will need to do two things to obtain this insurance:
Pay for this insurance
Fill out the form with all the details so we may order your insurance. (Google form Link is located in your current SkateIA membership portal called: #7 SIA Insurance Request Info & Instructions)
You will receive an email in about 7 business days containing your Certificate of Insurance (COI). To request additional certificates, email members@skateia.org. Those can take at minimum a week to be completed by the insurance company.
